The Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Tall Boys Cycles LLC, its officers, members, employees, trustees, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, expenses, losses of every nature and kind

( collectively, " claims "), including but not limited to attorney's fee and costs, sustained or alleged to have been sustained in connection with or arising out of use of any Tall Boys Cycles LLC products or said performance of products.

Return Policy

We do accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping cost is at the customers expense. The products must be in unused, undamaged condition. We will inspect the product and refund the cost of the product once it is deemed in afore mentioned conditioned. We don't refund shipping costs.

Warranty

All products manufactured by Tall Boys Cycles LLC shall conform to the specifications of this Agreement and shall be merchantable, free from defects (including defects in materials and workmanship), and suitable for the intended purposes shall remain in effect for one year following the sale of the products. The foregoing warranties are in addition to and shall not be construed as limiting any other warranties or buyer protections shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
